"Looked better online..."
I really wanted to like this set because it looked so nice in the pictures, but once I tried it on, the fabric felt rough and kind of cheap. It wasn’t soft at all, and after wearing it for just a few minutes, my skin started to itch. For the price, I expected something a lot more comfortable...

"Way too pricey, and support feels robotic"
I feel like the prices are way too high for what you’re getting. There were a few items I actually liked, but not enough to justify paying that much. I also tried emailing with a question and the replies felt like they were written by a robot, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Just doesn’t feel worth it to me.

"Nice site, but kind of clunky"
I did find the lingerie I was looking for, and the photos were clear enough to get a good idea of what I was buying. The menus are straightforward too, so browsing wasn’t a huge hassle.
That said, the site was a bit slow on my phone, and some of the filters acted weird. I had to keep going back and redoing things, which got annoying. It just felt like some parts weren’t handled with much care, like nobody really checked how it all works for a normal shopper.
Checkout went through in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. The whole thing is usable, and I’d probably shop there again, but they really need to tighten things up and stop being so careless with the little details.

Every time I find something I actually like, I’m thinking, okay, this is cute, maybe this is the one… and then of course my size is out of stock. It’s happened enough times now that I’m just kind of expecting it, which is frustrating. I’d probably buy more if the stuff I wanted was actually available.

"Sizing feels a bit all over the place"
I was disappointed with the sizing. I ordered around my usual size, and one item felt a little too tight while another was kind of loose, so it didn’t really add up. The size chart helped maybe a little, but not enough to feel confident. For the price, I expected the fit to be more consistent. It makes ordering online feel like you’re basically guessing.

I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but it kind of felt like they just ignored it, haha. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not helpful.

Customer service was slow to get back to me, and when they did, it kind of felt like I was being passed from one person to the next instead of getting a straight answer. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"Delivery took forever, honestly kind of awkward"
My order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I felt a little embarrassed because I kept telling someone it was definitely on the way, and then it just kept not showing up. The items were fine once they arrived, but the delivery felt really unreliable. I wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something quickly

"International shipping was such a headache"
I ordered from godsavequeens.com the whole international shipping process was a mess. The tracking barely moved, my package seemed to be stuck somewhere for days, and nobody really made it clear who was actually responsible for what, the store, the courier, customs, or whoever else was involved.
By the time it finally showed up, it was way later than expected, and I ended up paying extra fees I wasn’t really prepared for. Customer service took a while to respond too, and the answers didn’t help much. It just felt like everyone kept passing the problem around, so I probably wouldn’t order internationally from them again

The site looks nice and the brand seems legit, but I felt a bit embarrassed by how hesitant I was to place my first order. Nothing bad happened or anything, I just wish there had been more clear info and customer reviews to make me feel more confident.

I could’ve sworn I ordered the red one, but what showed up was more like a weird orange shade. Maybe I’m forgetting exactly how it looked online, but I definitely don’t remember it being this color

"Packaging really needs some work"
My order showed up with the box crushed, and the item inside ended up creased. It just didn’t seem like it was protected well enough for shipping. I was expecting better, and then you’re stuck having to deal with contacting support, which is frustrating

"Not great stitching for what it costs"
I ordered a set and was disappointed with the quality when it arrived. The stitching just looked sloppy, with uneven seams and loose threads in a few spots, and one of the straps seemed like it was attached a little crooked.
I get that delicate pieces can need extra care, but this felt poorly made before I even really used it, if that makes sense. For the price, I expected better and probably wouldn’t order again.

"Unclear replies and a frustrating experience"
Trying to get a straight answer from God Save Queens was such a pain. Their replies were short, vague, and weirdly unhelpful, like pulling basic information out of them was some huge task. I had to ask the same simple questions more than once, which felt ridiculous.
Maybe they were busy, sure, but that does not really excuse making the whole order feel stressful over stuff that should have been easy to explain. I just wanted clear, basic info, not these half-baked little answers. Definitely not a good experience for me.

"Exchange process really dragged on"
I had to follow up twice just to get my exchange moving, which was frustrating. I get that things can get busy, but it feels like the right thing to do is keep customers updated instead of making them chase for something that should be handled fairly and promptly

"Terrible timing with the delivery"
My order showed up way later than it should have, and of course it arrived after I actually needed it. The tracking updates were almost nonexistent too, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. Frustrating experience overall, i don’t see myself ordering again.

I had to wait longer than I expected for my refund, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, though, customer support did respond when I reached out and kept things moving. Not the fastest return experience, but it did get sorted in the end

"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
I ordered a set from godsavequeens.com and, to be fair, it looked really nice when it arrived. It was cute and flattering at first, so I was hopeful.
Unfortunately, after only a couple of wears, the stitching started coming loose and one of the straps got oddly stretched out. I hand washed it too, so it’s not like I was careless with it or tossed it in the machine.
For the price, I expected much better quality. I’m disappointed, politely speaking, and I don’t think I’d order from them again
